Shipping, Returns and ID Verification Policies:

We take pride in delivering our products to you and we want you to be happy with them. Please read through our shipping, return and verification policies below.

ID Shop Shipping Policy:

Lead Times
We will ship all in-stock items within 24 working hours of receiving your order, and after verification of your payment method. Holidays and weekends are not included. Custom items are not quite as fast, but we always do our best to speed your order out the door. Custom orders will require your approval of an artwork proof, which will be emailed to you. Custom orders made in the USA are typically shipped within 10 business days after your proof is approved. Rush service is available for our USA-made custom products. Custom products made in Asia will ship between 15 and 20 days from proof approval.  If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will do our very best to ship you an alternative item or the original within 24 hours of your order. Lead-times listed above may change slightly during peak or off-peak demand periods. Please indicate on your order, or verbally notify our customer service team of your desired in-hands date. 

Cost Calculation
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, order weights may be rounded up to the next full pound. Certain items in this site are not available for UPS shipping because of their size or weight. Large or heavy items will be delivered by LTL truck delivery, at a rate calculated based on product weight and distance of delivery.

Free Shipping*
UPS Ground service is available to the USA mainland at no charge *for orders over $200 USD not including sales tax that are not more than 50 LBS in total order weight. This UPS Ground promotional free freight value cannot be applied to any other shipping type we offer.

Expedited shipping for your urgent order is available via UPS next-day and second-day services. Custom critical shipments are available as well, for extremely urgent orders.

We Ship to USA and US Territory Addresses
We will ship to any physical address in the USA, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to PO Box Addresses (PO, FPO, APO) without first receiving a bank wire transfer. Contact customer service at (844) 443-7467 to set up prepayment if you require delivery to this type of address. We cannot process or ship web orders outside of the USA or the US territories listed above. If you wish to order internationally, we are happy to help you over the phone. Damaged Shipments
If you receive your order and it was damaged in shipment, please take clear digital photographs of the box and its contents. After you have taken photos of the box and its contents, please notify customer service at 844-443-7467 ext 2. We will advise you of the proper procedure for filing a claim with the shipping vendor. Please do not dispose of the damaged box or the contents until our customer service team has completed your damaged shipment claim.

ID Shop Return Policy:

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

RMA Numbers are Required
All returns require an RMA number, which is issued to you from our customer service team at (844) 443-7467. In most cases you may return a new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a credit or refund. A re-stocking fee of 20% of the product purchase price may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is the result of an "out-of-box failure", defect or shipping error on our part.

Custom Item Sales are Final
When you purchase a custom item from it may be printed, encoded or made specifically for your project. This order will require proof approval from you, and once the proof is approved the item is made to order. These items are non-refundable. All sales of custom printed or custom made items are final. RFID and Proximity products are custom-encoded per your specifications and are not eligible for returns.

Processing Time
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund/credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Identity Verification Policy:

We engage in the sale of equipment that enables the user to create ID documents. When online orders are placed to residential addresses or when the ordering account is created using a non-business address, we reserve the right to validate the purchaser's identity and credit card.

Proof of identity and/or possession of payment method
If an order is flagged as requiring manual verification our team will contact the ordering party within one business day and may request at least one of the following items be submitted before the order can be processed: 1) Photocopy or scan of the purchaser's state-issued ID or drivers license, 2) Photocopy of the purchaser's credit card used in the transaction, 3) Photocopy or scan of the purchaser's workplace ID document or the purchase order used. One or more of these items may be required to be transmitted via fax or secure file transfer if the order is flagged as requiring manual verification. Our customer service team will make it clear how the document(s) should be transmitted. We will never ask for you to email credit card information.
