These cards are approximately 30 mils thick before the backer is removed. They are perfect for printing a thin 10-mil card for application to a Prox card. The 14-mil Mylar backer adds the necessary thickness required to have consistent results in most card printers. Sometimes referred to as "thick back" or "Mylar peel off".
