The Minikote Pro will accommodate PermaLam (homopolymer) laminates up to 27" wide and 0.003" thick. Go up to .005" thick with ExtraLam (copolymer) film.
The Minikote Pro is a heated-roll unit rather than a "heat shoe" like the other Minikote models. This adds to its ease of use and versatility.
