These products contain RFID (radio frequency identification) technology to send data to card readers, eliminating the need for a physical key or PIN pad touch to open a door or clock in/out of time and attendance clocks. These common 125 kHz prox cards and keyfobs are a replacement for keys or a PIN in access control, time clock, door entry and gate-opening systems.
To order prox cards online, you will first need to know the card format that works for your reader. You will also need to know your facility code or site code. Common formats are 26 bit, 35 bit and 37 bit. Facility codes are semi-unique codes that your system will recognize. If you are unsure of your codes we are happy to help. Once you place an order, upon request we can send you a sample card to test with your system. This will help you make certain the RFID or prox cards will work with your existing readers.
